Your privacy matters to us. This policy sets out, in plain language, what we do with the information you share on this site.
Scope
This policy covers the markastudio.com.tr website operated by Marka Studio. It does not cover third-party sites we link to; those sites have their own policies.
What we collect
Two kinds of information. First, information you give us: your name, email, phone, company and message when you fill in a form. Second, information collected automatically: standard analytics such as pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you commission, and understand which parts of our site are useful so we can improve them. We do not use your form data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Our form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms; the site is hosted by Hostinger; usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics. Each acts as a processor under its own terms and may store data outside Turkey.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site plus analytics cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy, and you can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time.
Your choices

Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and access to submitted enquiries is limited to the people who need it to do the work. We keep our platform and dependencies up to date.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Which law applies to this policy?
Marka Studio is established in İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey, so Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies as the primary framework. Where visitors are in the EU or UK, we handle enquiry data in line with the same principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation and storage limitation.
Do you share data with third parties?
Only with the service providers needed to run the site: Web3Forms for form delivery and Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics after consent. We do not sell data, share it with advertising networks, or use it to build profiles.
Who do I contact about my data?
