B2B Sector-specific communication

Industry marketing: manufacturing, health, tech.

Last updated:

An industrial buyer and a fashion customer do not look at the same things, decide at the same speed, or accept the same evidence. These pages explain how buying actually works in each sector, and how communication is built onto it.

Short answer: Marka Studio has concentrated working experience in seven sectors: manufacturing and industry, healthcare and medical tourism, construction and real estate, technology and software, cross-border e-commerce, fashion and retail, and tourism and hospitality. Sector knowledge here is not a marketing line but a practical saving of time: an industrial buyer looks for technical documentation, certification and a delivery commitment, while a retail buyer decides visually within seconds.

The same website structure, the same content order and the same ad structure do not serve both. Each sector page describes how buying actually works in that field, who makes the decision, and which kind of evidence carries weight. If your sector is not on the list, that is not an obstacle — we work out the process together in a free discovery call. Our base is İzmit, Kocaeli, Turkey, and we work across the Turkish, Dubai and European markets.

Why sector matters

Why communication is planned differently for each industry

Buyers decide differently in each sector. A hotel guest is moved by emotion and imagery; a software buyer compares features and looks for proof; a manufacturer’s customer relies on trust and references. That is why the same service is applied in a different order and through different channels depending on the industry. Each sector page describes the most common communication problems in that field, how the buyer journey usually runs and which services come first.

If your sector is not listed, it does not mean we cannot help; the pages cover the fields where requests are most frequent. When we start in a new sector we research the buyer and the competitors first, then build the communication plan. For an overview of the services used across sectors, see the services page; to discuss your own case, use the quote form.

Common ground

What every sector page has in common

Despite the differences, every industry page follows the same logic: define the buyer, map how they search and compare, choose the few channels that matter and measure a single result. For tourism this may be direct bookings; for manufacturing, qualified enquiries from distributors; for e-commerce, orders per visit. We avoid promising rankings or sales figures, because these depend on factors outside an agency’s control. What we commit to is a transparent process and reporting you can check.

Getting started

How to start if your sector is on the list, and if it is not

If your sector appears above, read its page first; it describes typical problems and the services usually needed. If it does not, describe your buyers and competitors in the quote form, and we will tell you honestly how we would approach it, or whether another specialist would serve you better.

Frequently asked

Working sector by sector

Why work sector by sector?

Because the buying process changes from sector to sector. In industry the decision sits with a committee and takes months; in fashion it happens in seconds and visually; in healthcare the regulatory boundary decides everything. Applying one communication template to all of them means losing money in at least one.

Our sector is not listed — can we still work together?

Yes. These pages describe where we work most often, not the limit of our scope. In the discovery call we map your buying process and build the communication onto it. If we have no experience in your sector we say so plainly, and we do not bill you for our learning time.

Sector experience or a good agency?

When the two conflict, the good agency. Sector knowledge can be learned; the ability to build strategy, produce creative and run a process takes years. That said, sector experience shortens the ramp-up and lowers regulatory risk in critical fields such as health and finance.
