What is the Digital Office, and what is it not?
A digital office is a way of working in which meetings and the work itself run over the internet instead of from a desk and a sign in each city. For Marka Studio this means a company in any Turkish city can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email or form, hold the discovery call by video, and receive quotes, files and approvals online. The address you write to is the same everywhere, so we do not publish separate “Ankara office” or “Izmir office” addresses.
The Digital Office is not a physical address and is not presented as one: our base for in-person meetings is İzmit, Kocaeli, where we meet local brands by appointment. In other cities, when a shoot, presentation or workshop requires being on site, the team travels to you for that project, planned in writing beforehand.
How does a project run through the Digital Office?
- First contact. Use the form below, the phone, WhatsApp or email and describe your project briefly. We reply within the working day.
- Discovery call. A free call of about thirty minutes by video or phone covers the goal, the current situation and the constraints.
- Written quote. Once the scope is clear we prepare an itemised quote; there is no fixed price list. See the quote page.
- Production and approval. Drafts, files and reports are shared online; approvals are taken in writing.
- Handover. Source files, account access and usage rights pass to you.

What are the limits of working online?
The Digital Office is not enough for every job. Photo and film shoots, venue presentations and drone flights need physical presence; the team travels for these and time and costs are shown separately in the quote. Strategy, brand identity, websites, search visibility, ad management and content production can mostly run entirely online. We tell you at the discovery call which category your job falls into.
