This notice explains how Marka Studio processes the personal data you share through markastudio.com.tr.

We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through our contact, quote and service request forms: your name, email address, phone number, company/brand name, and the content of your message or project brief. We do not ask for special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include them in your messages.
Separately, our analytics tools collect non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, device type and referral source.
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out pre-contractual steps at your request, and manage our business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering one, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and — for analytics and marketing communication — your consent.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, including our form delivery provider (Web3Forms), our email provider and our website host (Hostinger). Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. These providers may process data outside Turkey; transfers are made under the safeguards their contracts provide.
We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship begins, for the period required by applicable commercial and tax legislation. Where no relationship follows, we delete or anonymise the record once it no longer serves a purpose.
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698 — and, where applicable, the GDPR — you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about the processing, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure, to object to processing, and to request that the results of these requests be communicated to third parties to whom the data was transferred. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free.
