How to prepare for the first call and what we will ask
The first call lasts about thirty minutes and covers four topics: your business and goal, the current situation, the likely scope, and how we would work together. We will ask who buys your product or service, where you find customers today, which competitors are hardest to beat, and what you would like to be different in a year. Short answers are enough; they already sharpen the scope.
You are welcome to ask questions too: who will do the work, how reporting is handled, and who owns the accounts and files. The answers matter as much as price when choosing an agency; our article on how to choose an advertising agency lists the criteria. The call carries no obligation. If you want a written quote we prepare one; if not, the conversation simply ends there. Our base is İzmit, Kocaeli, and we work remotely with clients across Turkey and abroad. Which channel to use for what
Email suits general questions, partnership proposals and anything that needs attachments. A phone call or WhatsApp message is better for a quick answer or a short pre-call. For a detailed request about a specific service, the service request form keeps everything in one place, and for a price the quote page is the direct route. Whichever you choose, a few lines about your project, the service you need and your timing speed up the reply. If you only want information about scope, working model or how we price, you can ask that too; there is no need to have a project ready.
Response times depend on the workload, but every message is read and answered. We do not use automated sales sequences, and your details are used only to reply to you. If you write from outside Turkey, tell us your time zone so calls can be planned sensibly.
